CostControl Engineer
Company Brief：A world famous contractor is now working on a Project in Cairo and waiting for candidates of cost control engineers as follows,

Requirements:

– Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
– +8 years experience in project cost control or commercial management for Engineering, Procurement and Construction works in high-riser/skyscraper projects
– should be fluent in English
– Be able to estimate contracts and project budgets; evaluation of proposals from subcontractors
– FamiliarwithCairomarket in cost estimating
– Engineering background is preferred
– Fluent speaking and writing in English
– A team player with strong interpersonal skills
– Be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives on Mega-Projects
– Experience in international engineering company is preferred
-Chartered Cost Certificate is a plus

– Preparation of BOQ
– Cost estimation
– Cost evaluation
– Quantity survey
– Budget estimation
– Claim negotiation
– Other assignment
