JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to: CEO
Job Summary:
Supporting the work of the company 24/7 at the most senior level and reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will be required to, support the daily work of the operations division, support senior management operational planning and forecasting, as well as board meetings.

Operations manager is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day activities well as the general management of the operations staff. The operations manager is responsible for overseeing employees and delegating work tasks throughout the department to ensure that the tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:
Setting and managing all medical (in collaboration with team heads) and non-medical operational processes
Overseeing the management of outsourced operational activities such as call center, fleet and IT revamp project
Formulating and implementing the operational strategy distilled from the corporate strategy, including KPIs, and initiatives.
Managing the cash collection process in conjunction with the accounting team
Manage change process to use new IT platforms and tools
Responsible for the specific team performance in order to achieve the operational goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service
Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning and project team.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, and disciplinary actions.
Ensures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to the company SOPs
Responsible for the daily operational workflow, to include communication with external and internal customers (patients and doctors), and identify workflow concerns for specific cases and operations employees
Ensure the use of best practice workflows and operational excellence in activities are utilized
Manage patient-centered processes focused on effective customer service, ensure immediate escalation of issues, and participate in meetings to discuss the case management process
Analyze and report on a monthly and quarterly basis operational statistics
