Description – Receive inbound calls to answer customer`s inquiries and provide them with all information needed regarding (Vehicles, Fork-Lift, Maintenance).
– Arrange maintenance appointments at all TEG service centres.
– Conduct follow up survey on monthly basis for Sales and After Sales to measure service level provided by TEG and to increase customer satisfaction degree.
– Handle any customer`s complaint directly if possible or through direct it to the Customer Executive in each branch.
– Maintain and update customer data base on regular basis.
– Enter new customer information into system
