IT Help Desk is urgently needed in Bel NEAR.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in computer science/IT (or relevant).
• From 1 to 3 years of practical experience as technical support.
• Excellent English language in both written and spoken language.
• knowledge in Microsoft Products (Windows server, Office, SharePoint, projects, Exchange Server…).
• Cisco Products Knowledge.
• Network solutions, knowledge of different concepts (DHCP, DNS…).
• Advance Troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, installation…).
