Sales and Customer Support Coordinator (Female Only) needed:
Role includes:
· Respond to customers’ emails
· Resolve customer concerns /queries regarding service
· Refer concerns / complaints to appropriate person as needed for resolution
· Process all correspondence and paperwork related to customers
· Confer with Management to determine appropriate services, price schedules, and discount rates
· Confer with potential customers regarding needs and advise customers on types of services available
· Follow up with potential customers using personalized communications until close of sale.
· Handling the administration of customers’ online accounts.
Requirements:
– Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken)
– 2 years experience in the same field.
