Position:
Customer Care Agent
Main tasks and duties:
-As a customer care agent, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the service level we provide to our clients.
-You will also have access to all of our communication tools with our clients to be utilized in the best way possible that strengthens and enhances our relationship with them.
-Our team is our asset, and we’re looking for team players who are always up for new challenges and are willing to work in a dynamic working environment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
-Customer service background is a must
-Excellent command of English is a must
-Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and outlook)
-Extensive MS Excel skills is a plus
