Nozha Language School (Cairo Ismailia Road Branch) is currently hiring a Receptionist / Admin Assistant
• Greet Visitors and help them
• Answer Phone Calls and Take Notes
• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess parents’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of parents’ interactions.
• Professionally process parents service calls
• Respond to parents questions.
• Informing parents when results are out
• Preparing monthly analyzing reports about parents’ complaints and requests.
• Digitizing all the hand written documents on the computer.
• Daily follow up with the direct manager, Weekly reports
• Handle the management team meetings and schedules
• Channel between different departments
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Provide general administrative work
Job Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience
• Advanced computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
• Excellent ability to communicate in effective Arabic & English language; verbal and written communication skills.
