A Chinese company in Maadi is currently looking for a user experience specialist to implement its strategy throughout multiple social media platforms
2 days off.
Salary according to hierarchical level and level of experience.

Job responsibilities
• Deliver lightning fast and accurate responses to user questions, and requests.
• Serve on the front lines as a user advocate in internal conversations.
• Provided a professional and pleasant service experience for customers or consignees when addressing inquiries or some form of resolution.
• Document records of customer interactions and processed inquiries to completion.
• Built sustainable team relationships of trust through open and interactive communication and effective collaboration.
• Performed other dynamic duties as required to support operational activities and promote Brand growth.
• Creating offers for VIP customers.

job requirements
• Very strong command of Chinese language.
• Previous experience in customer service field
• Strong MS office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers.
• Superb prioritization and time management.
• Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Unwavering patience and empathy.
