A Business Development Manager is required
ORGANISATION
Xerox Egypt
REPORTS TO :-
Value Channels Operation Head
PURPOSE OF ROLE :-
Maintain territory coverage for
Develop & maximize cannels output.
Secure Xerox revenue and profit.
Increase Xerox market share.

SCOPE OF ROLE:-
-Concessionaires business development.
-Attaining Xerox set targets and objectives and ensuring their achievement.
-Ensuring adherence to Xerox rules.
-Monitoring structure, territory coverage, performance, sell in plans, sell out activities and achievements.
-Developing & enhancing sales force competences and improving their sales skills.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :-
-Providing the needed support for resellers to enhance their sell in & sell out activities.
-Defining CCSS budget (Sell in & Sell out tasks).
-Providing tailor-made actions and programs for reaching Xerox objectives.
-Setting rebate systems and incentive plans.
– -Introduce solutions to meet CCSS business requirements.
-Promoting customer satisfaction according to Xerox standards.
-Provide updates of business status, reports and results analysis to the management.
-Channels conflicts handling.
BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:-
 5 year of Experience
 Field knowledge and competences.
 Selling & negotiation skills.
 Business Management skills.
 Knowledge of office automation – Xerox and competition.
 IT & Network knowledge.
