Job Description :
-Timely and accurately taking dictation and transcribing in to official letters.
-Arranging of Travel and Hotel Booking for official travel within minimum lead time.
-Accuracy of recording of appointments of maintaining a call up system remind superior of daily, weekly and monthly calendar.
-Timely collating of business data for meeting.
-Good relations with department heads and smooth co-ordination of meetings.
-Continuously update self with business information for reporting to superiors.
-Follow up the execution of all foreign purchasing order and ensure that they executed in compliance with the company regulation on time.
-Coordinate with the logistics section regarding customs and courier issues.
-Perform other related work assignments according to Instructions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree
Any Secretarial or Managerial Studies is a plus.
