Hiring Professional Broker / off plan / leasing (Pakistan, Indian, Russian, European).

We are looking:
Senior Real Estate Brokers / Off Plan/leasing Specialists
The Rules:
– Minimum experience 3 + in Real Estate industry (Sales and Leasing).
– Last 6 Months transaction (Sale/Leasing) proof.
– Field Specialist – Villa / Apartment / Offices / Labor Camp / Warehouse / Plots / off plan / Bulk
– Location Specialist – Thorough knowledge of price, transactions and trend of an area
– RERA Certification with BRN – (Sales will be verified from RERA Portal)
– Valid UAE Driver’s License
– Achieve monthly targets.
– Calling / emailing prospective clients to find listings
– Finding potential buyers for your stock
– Listing and advertising your properties
– Arranging viewings and advising clients
– Negotiating price between buyer, seller or any other party involved
– Option to build your own team.
– Plus to know other languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, etc.
– Must be Proactive, Task oriented, Self-driven and Hardworking, Should be a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team player.
