1- Control all employees contracts and files
2- Calculating the correct amount for deductions and bonuses using SAP system
3- Track and follow up on annual and sick leave and all required personnel tasks
4- Managing social insurance & Medical insurance
5- Track and follow up on Bus Shuttle,& Catring
6- managing some of office issue ( cleaning &buffet order &…etc….)
