About the Job:

1 – Attend all meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

2- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.

3- Prepare project organization and communication charts

4- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades

5- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures

6- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the beneficiaries and project team

7- Ensure projects’ targets are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

8- Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project

9- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database

10- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.

11- Communicate ideas for improving foundation processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

12- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact beneficiary’s relation

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
At least a year of experience in the field of social work
Highly committed to deadlines
