RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Embassy of Switzerland in Egypt, Office for International Cooperation (OIC)
Starting date: 1 June 2017 (or to be agreed)
• Reception of visitors

• Administrative support of logistic, finance and administrative team (writing official correspondence in Arabic and translating standard texts from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English);
• Handling of purchasing orders for all kind of material
• Reception and monitoring of office and cleaning material and stocks at the Embassy
• Administration of Office Key Management
Requested Profile
• High school degree and administrative formation
• Perfect knowledge of Arabic and of very good English written and spoken; French or German, written and spoken will be an asset
• Very good computer skills; ability to type in Arabic and sound knowledge of
