Job Title : Sr.HR Specialist
Job Description :
-Basically performing personnel and performance management functions beside recruitment function as well
-Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
-Calculating the correct amount for deductions and bonuses using ERP system
-Track and follow up on attendance of all employees and managing their annual and sick leave and all required personnel tasks
-Managing social and Medical insurance
-Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
-Improves employees performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees
-Handling recruitment process to all levels
Job Specifications :
– Bachelor degree
– HR Diploma is a big plus
