Administrative Manager at Lactlis Halawa ( BBC Egypt)
Sector: FMCG
Location : Alexendria
Job Description:
• Report to and assist the General Manager
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures
• Perform HR Duties / Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and ensure maximum efficiency
• Manage schedules and deadlines


• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Monitor inventory of office supplies with attention to budgetary constraints
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Job Requirements:
• BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
• Proven experience as administration manager
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills
• Alexandria resident is a must .
