SMART GROUP located in Obour Buildings is currently seeking for Admin & HR Coordinator for immediate hiring.
Job Description:
– Effective handling of admin works and extends needed data / Support for other departments. Handling offers and letters. Manage staff planning including any further expansions. Recruit selective applicants to the best criteria .Manage tests, job offering, employment contracts, and hiring documents for accepted candidates. Conduct exit interviews to identify major leave reasons to decide actions needed. Presenting requested analysis from available data. Record/feedback on requested data and proposals. Follow up and update sheets and data (inquiry – Quotations –Surveys – client – service visit –monthly meeting and feedback report).

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration or any related field.
– Experience minimum 2 years in the same field.
– Fluent in English & Must be PC Proficient.
– Possess verbal & written communication skills, follow up skills.
– Presentable, Problem Solver, Attention To details.
-Females Only.
