A leading cosmetic dental center in Egypt is seeking for a full time Front Desk Officer
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree, with a minimum of two years experience in customer service, very good English and computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
The preference will be given to those who live in Zayed and 6th of October city.

• Tasks, duties and responsibilities:
o Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
o Scheduling and confirming customer’s appointments.
o Handle multiline phone system.
o Collect payments to services provided.
o Respond promptly to customers inquires.
o Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
o Completing and providing forms and records.
o Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
o Develop and maintain accurate filing system.
o Check CS E- mail and reply special requests.

• Working hours:
o 7 hrs per shift.
o 6 days a week during probation period and 5 days a week after it.
o The center official weekly vacation is on Friday. The second day of when applicable is regulated through a schedule between team members.
o Morning shift is from 9 am to 4 pm.
o Evening shift is from 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
o Distribution of morning and evening shifts is regulated through fixed schedule.
o Extra working hours may be required and will be compensated for according to the center’s policy.

• Salary:
o 2500 EGP during the first three months for training, then the basic salary is 3000 EGP, subjected to annual raise according to evaluation.
