Job Opening for Office Manager!
A reputable Consultancy office in Mohandeseen is searching for an Office Manager to start work effective immediately.
Office Manager Tasks include but not limited to:
• Filing and sorting administrative documents
• Managing office inventory
• Facilitating emails, faxes and correspondences in Arabic and English
• Frequent travel arrangements in and outside of Egypt
• Meeting arrangments
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken is a must
• Initiative, flexibility and self-reliance
• Multitasking and ability to work under pressure of work
• Two years are expected working experience as Personal Assistant, or previous experiences that demonstrate the excellent organization skills, the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time.
*Working hours are flexible.
