Senior Software Technical Writer – ERP
About the Job:
• Studies and installs software programs to fully understand operational issues.
• Formats, prepares, writes and revises technical documentation related to products.
• Creates examples and data for publishing in documentation.

• Recommends program improvements or revisions to programmers and system analysts.
• Documents, tracks, and communicates test plans, test results, analysis, and unresolved problems.
• Description Studies and installs software programs to fully understand operational issues.
• Formats, prepares, writes and revises technical documentation related to products.
• Creates examples and data for publishing in documentation.
• Recommends program improvements or revisions to programmers and system analysts.
• Documents, tracks, and communicates test plans, test results, analysis, and unresolved problems.

Job Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or any suitable discipline.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Verbal and Written).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Team player.
• Fast learner with and pay great attention to details
• Organization and time management skills
• Excellent command of English language.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
