About the Job
• Finalize all tasks given by GM, and give a daily report to him.
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Typing.
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
• Using a range of software packages.
• Keeping personnel records.
• Attending organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain office policies as necessary issues.
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Provide general support to visitors
• Prepare documents, process mail and answer telephones.

Salary: negotiable
